Utility II – Electrician

The City of Mt. Washington is seeking applications for Utility Level II/Electrician for the Public Works Department. This full-time position will work in the water and sewer department as a senior level utility worker with electrician’s license. Job duties include, but are not limited to performing a full range of electrical installations and repairs, perform installation and repair of water and sewer lines, repair water and sewer pumping stations, perform general and preventative maintenance, check for water leaks, etc. This position will be on a rotating on-call basis and is required to be able to respond to emergencies within 15 minutes. The starting pay for this position is $25.30. Insurance, vacation and sick leave, uniforms, and paid holidays will be available. Applicants must pass a drug test and CDL physical.
